Property Agent Services for Dublin City Council Office Space Letting

Dublin City Council is establishing a Single Party Framework Agreement for property agent services to support the letting of office space at Camden Yard, Kevin Street Lower, Dublin 8. The council has acquired the Camden Yard site for relocation of its Civic Offices from Wood Quay. The development comprises four office blocks, with Dublin City Council occupying Blocks 1, 2, and 4, while Block 3 is available for pre-letting. The successful provider will deliver comprehensive agency services including market analysis, full marketing, tenant negotiations, and lease administration for Block 3 (approximately 12,000-15,000 sq m of prime commercial office space). This is an initial 5-year contract awarded through a Single Party Framework Agreement. Qualified agents should have proven experience with large-scale office lettings, commercial property management, and strong knowledge of Dublin's commercial real estate market.
