Expression of Interest for Rehabilitative Services by The Growth Company

The Growth Company (GC) invites organizations, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs), to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a new rehabilitative service commissioned by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). This service is aimed at supporting men aged 18 and older who are in custody or in the community. It replaces previous separate contracts and focuses on reducing reoffending and improving life outcomes through personalized support that helps individuals engage with community resources and achieve positive changes in their lives. We are particularly interested in organizations that can provide the following services: - **Community Link Work**: Assisting individuals in building new lifestyles and connections, and linking them to various resources and opportunities. - **Accommodation Support**: Helping individuals find, move into, and maintain suitable housing. - **Education, Training, and Employment Support**: Aiding individuals in securing and sustaining appropriate education, training, or job opportunities. - **Financial Support**: Addressing urgent financial issues, reducing debt, maximizing income, and enhancing financial literacy and capability. - **Dependency and Recovery Support**: Assisting individuals in their recovery journey from substance abuse and gambling. - **Building Relationships and Social Networks**: Supporting the development of family relationships, friendships, community connections, and peer support networks.
