    Brief

    The Growth Company is seeking expressions of interest from experienced providers to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services across West Yorkshire as part of the Connect to Work programme. This is a grant-funded initiative from the Department for Work and Pensions running from September 2026 to March 2030. Scope: You will provide employment support to approximately 9,276 disabled people and those facing barriers to work across Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield. Who can apply: Providers with demonstrated experience delivering IPS services aligned with the Fidelity Model, working with similar-scale cohorts. The service will support two groups: (1) out-of-work individuals with health conditions or disabilities seeking employment; and (2) employed individuals struggling to remain in work due to health conditions or disabilities. How to apply: Register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform (https://app.panacea-software.com/growth), navigate to 'Register Interest', click 'Participate', then download the Expression of Interest document from 'My Questionnaires'. Submit your completed EOI via the Panacea Portal by 16:00 on Friday 26th June 2026.
