    Brief

The Growth Company is inviting local partners to express their interest in participating in the Connect to Work initiative in Cumbria. This program aims to support individuals with disabilities or health conditions in finding and maintaining employment. We are looking for local providers with recent experience in delivering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) or Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) services, who can demonstrate their expertise in working with the target group using the Fidelity Model or a similar approach. Connect to Work is part of the 'Get Britain Working' initiative, which aims to assist 100,000 individuals facing barriers to employment. The program will focus on two groups: those who are currently unemployed and need support to enter the workforce, and those who are employed but struggling due to their health conditions or disabilities. Interested suppliers should register on the Panacea Supplier Platform at https://app.panacea-software.com/growth. After registration, navigate to 'Register Interest', click 'Participate', and go to 'My Questionnaires' to download the EOI document. All submissions must be made through the Panacea Portal by 16:00 on Monday, September 8, 2025.
