Together for Families Programme Evaluation Contract

The Fund is seeking an experienced evaluation supplier (individual organisation or consortium) to evaluate the Together for Families programme, a £59.2m partnership initiative with the Northern Ireland Department of Health. The successful supplier will lead the coordination, synthesis, and communication of learning and evidence across the entire programme, ensuring insights are integrated into coherent, actionable findings. Key responsibilities include working with programme stakeholders, gathering and analysing evaluation data, and producing meaningful reports on programme outcomes and impact. This procurement runs concurrently with the C0150 Together for Families Support Contract. Bidders may apply for this evaluation contract, the support contract, or both. If different suppliers are appointed for each contract, the evaluation and support suppliers must collaborate closely to align learning, share insights, and coordinate programme-wide evidence synthesis. The ideal supplier will have strong experience in large-scale programme evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and evidence synthesis.
