    Brief

This contract seeks providers to deliver a specialized program aimed at supporting students with high needs in the Sheffield area. The program will focus on several key areas: - Assisting students who are struggling in mainstream school environments. - Supporting students who experience school anxiety. - Helping students who have faced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). - Addressing the needs of students with diagnosed or undiagnosed learning difficulties. - Providing support for students at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). - Offering additional support and supervision for students with unique needs. Providers must demonstrate their capability to create and implement effective interventions that engage students and promote their educational progression. A thorough understanding of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) code of practice is essential. The program should also incorporate trauma-informed practices to meet the diverse needs of learners, strategies to re-engage students with educational pathways, and support in developing essential personal and life skills. Additionally, the program aims to improve post-16 educational routes and options for students.
