This framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services will be compensated through unit prices and fixed prices. The work includes: - scheduled preventive maintenance interventions - corrective maintenance services (repairs): - summer repairs when indicated by preventive maintenance, - winter repairs during the winter operating period, on snow-covered sites. Emergency intervention times are planned. Candidates should note that the transport of materials and the work covered by this framework agreement must be carried out in generally very steep terrain. Work areas may include vertical rock faces. Some sectors require the presence of a mountain guide. For lot 2, the following specific regulations apply: 11 of the 26 gasex units to be maintained are located in a protected area within the Vanoise National Park, requiring the contractor to submit intervention requests to the park manager before any work.
