Medical Equipment Purchase for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.

This contract involves the procurement of medical equipment for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o., including ultrasound machines, defibrillators, transport ventilators, intubation kits, infusion fluid warming sets, and X-ray machines. The procurement is divided into eleven parts, with detailed requirements and quantities specified in Appendix 3 of the Terms of Reference. Suppliers must confirm compliance with the requirements outlined by the contracting authority when filling out the specified positions in this appendix. The execution of the contract is defined in the draft agreement, which includes a one-time delivery. All offered items must be complete, of high quality and functionality, and free from material, construction, and legal defects. The items must be approved for sale and use in accordance with applicable laws. The procurement must comply with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022, if the contracting authority requires the offered items to be medical devices. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions in references to standards, approvals, technical specifications, or trademarks. The procurement is funded through various sources, including grants from the Voivodeship Office and the City of Gdańsk. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the expected funding is not granted. Suppliers must meet the participation conditions and not be excluded from the procurement process due to specified circumstances. The contracting authority will request the highest-rated supplier to submit current evidence of eligibility before selecting the best offer. A bid security is required for participation, with details provided in the Terms of Reference.
