Building Cleaning Services in Frankfurt

This contract opportunity involves providing cleaning services at a fire and rescue station in Frankfurt am Main. The work includes the cleaning and maintenance of non-textile and textile floor coverings, sanitary and technical facilities, as well as furnishings and equipment within the premises. Special cleaning services may be requested as needed. The contractor is required to achieve a clean result as specified in the contract, and must fulfill the minimum cleaning hours outlined in the procurement documents. Payment will only be made for the actual cleaning hours worked. The total cleaning area is approximately 2,459.60 square meters. Please note that if there are delays in the procurement process, the performance period may be postponed, and in cases of temporary or permanent closure of facilities, the contract may be suspended or reduced. Changes to the contract based on area may also be possible.
