Window and Door Maintenance Services in Schleswig-Holstein

The contract involves the maintenance of windows and doors across various properties in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, as per the specifications outlined in the service catalog. Maintenance tasks will be requested individually for each property, with a semi-annual identification of properties to be maintained in coordination with the contractor and the maintenance department of GMSH. Changes to the listed properties may occur. Some areas require security checks by the police before work can commence. Many of the windows are protected as historical monuments, either as original constructions or replicas, so experience in this field is necessary and must be demonstrated through a self-declaration (Proof No. 10). The offered price must include all services, including labor, travel costs, and any additional services. Travel to islands that cannot be accessed by personal vehicle will be compensated separately. The services must comply with generally accepted technical standards and the following DIN standards: - DIN 18299 - General regulations for construction work of all kinds - DIN 18355 - Carpentry work - DIN 18357 - Fitting work - DIN 18361 - Glazing work - DIN 18363 - Painting and varnishing work. The maximum number of window sashes to be maintained is as follows: Lot 1: Flensburg City and surrounding area: 3,500 units; Lot 2: Schleswig 01 City and surrounding area: 4,500 units; Lot 3: Schleswig 02 City and Eckernförde: 3,500 units; Lot 4: North Friesland District North including Sylt: 1,200 units; Lot 5: North Friesland District South: 1,500 units. There is no entitlement to a minimum purchase.
