Engineering Services for Building Renovation in Warsaw

The contract involves the development of project documentation for the renovation of Building A and the extension of Annex B at the Ministry of Infrastructure located at Chałubińskiego 4, Warsaw. The work is divided into several stages: 1) Stage I: Create a multi-disciplinary conceptual design; 2) Stage II: Develop the construction project, execution project, technical specifications for construction work (STWiORB), bill of quantities, and investment cost estimate; 3) Stage III: Obtain necessary permits and decisions on behalf of the investor, based on a separate written authorization, as well as all agreements, opinions, and recommendations from relevant entities and authorities; 4) Stage IV: Provide author supervision and participate as an expert during the tender process for selecting the contractor; 5) Stage V: Provide author supervision during the execution of the work until completion and acceptance.
