Medical Supplies for Neurosurgery Clinic

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of various types of medical devices and consumables needed for the Neurosurgery Clinic and sutures for open and laparoscopic surgery at the Second Surgery Clinic of the University Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment and Emergency Medicine N.I. Pirogov. The contract is divided into three distinct lots, each with its own specifications detailed in the Technical Specification – Appendix 1, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. Each lot contains independent product lists. If a participant does not offer one or more products from the lot they are bidding on, they will be disqualified from that specific lot. If a participant offers one or more products from the lot but they do not meet the buyer's requirements, it will be considered a failure to comply, and the participant will be disqualified from that specific lot. The execution period for Lots 1 and 2 is 24 months from the date of contract signing, while Lot 3 has a 12-month execution period from the date of contract signing. The performance guarantee is set at 2% of the contract value, excluding VAT, and will be released according to the contract terms.
