Supply of Metal Cabinets for N.I. Pirogov Hospital

The estimated value of this public procurement contract is up to 97,500 BGN (ninety-seven thousand five hundred Bulgarian levs) excluding VAT, or 49,850.96 EUR (forty-nine thousand eight hundred fifty euros and ninety-six cents) excluding VAT. This estimated value includes all costs for fulfilling the contract, including delivery to the specified location and transportation costs. The necessary accessories for the cabinets are detailed in the Technical Specification attached to this documentation. Funding will be provided from the hospital's own resources. The contract must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Payments to the contractor will be made 100% (one hundred percent) within 60 calendar days after signing the specified documents in the contract, provided that the contractor has submitted an invoice. The payment date is considered to be the date the contractor's bank account is credited with the due amount. The place of execution is the specified structure indicated by the contracting authority, located at N.I. Pirogov Hospital: Sofia, Totleben Blvd. No. 21. The validity period for offers is 6 months from the deadline for submission of offers. During the evaluation of offers, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "reverse order" based on Article 104, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Article 61 of the Public Procurement Regulation. The technical and price proposals of the participants will be reviewed before the documents for verifying personal status and selection criteria. The contractor guarantees the fulfillment of its obligations under this contract with a performance guarantee of 3% (three percent) of the total contract value excluding VAT.
