Maintenance Services for Information Systems in Sofia

This contract involves the ongoing maintenance of the information system for cadastral and regulatory plans in Sofia. The selected contractor will provide support for a period of 36 months from the date of contract signing. Maintenance must include all necessary activities to ensure the system's operational functionality. If any deviations from the normal operational characteristics specified occur, the contractor will also be responsible for ensuring the system's operational readiness and effective use by the contracting authority. Note that the maintenance does not include the development of new functionalities. When issues arise with the system, the priority for addressing these issues will be determined by the contracting authority, and the order of resolution will depend on their priority.
