Garden and Park Maintenance Services in Spain

This contract involves the maintenance of gardens, pathways, indoor plants, and existing ornaments at various properties managed by the Autonomous Organization of Museums and Centers. The services required include cleaning, pruning, high pruning, weeding, trimming, tilling, shaping, plowing, phytosanitary treatments, irrigation, fertilization, endotherapy treatments, and other similar activities necessary to keep the outdoor gardens and indoor plants in excellent condition. Additionally, 'Extraordinary Maintenance' will include urgent maintenance operations due to force majeure, major repairs of garden conservation facilities (irrigation and drainage), which require the replacement of materials and/or parts costing more than €50 (including IGIC), urgent treatments, high pruning, repairs of pathways, walls, and other elements of the gardens and circulation areas, replenishment of gravel, soil, etc. These tasks will be communicated by the Technical Unit of the OAMC for the awarded company to execute, as well as any operations that the awarded company informs the OAMC for review, approval, and subsequent execution order, if applicable.
