Supply of Monitors for the University of Silesia

The contract involves the gradual supply of brand new monitors to the University of Silesia in Katowice. The monitors must be from the current production year (2024 or later) and come with the necessary certifications for sale and use in Poland. The supplier is required to provide free warranty service for the equipment. The scope of the order includes purchasing and delivering the monitors to the specified location, with unloading and placement as directed by the buyer. The quantity of monitors ordered is a maximum, and the buyer reserves the right not to fulfill the entire order, with no claims from the supplier in such cases. The buyer guarantees a minimum contract execution of 60% of the contract value. The delivery period is 24 months from the contract signing or until the ordered quantity is exhausted, with orders placed electronically or in writing, not more than three times a month. The required delivery time for each order is up to 8 days from receipt. The supplier may shorten this delivery time, which will be considered in the evaluation of offers. The delivery address is: University of Silesia, Supply Management Department, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice. A minimum warranty period of 36 months is required from the date of acceptance. The service response time must be within 4 working days of reporting a defect. The equipment must have a communication channel with a helpdesk, including a hotline and a website, allowing for warranty checks, access to drivers and updates, and service requests. The hotline consultant must speak Polish. Detailed conditions of the order and payment terms are included in the contract template attached to the procurement notice. Changes to the contract terms based on the selected offer may occur under specific circumstances outlined in the contract template. The supplier may submit only one offer for this part of the procurement.
