Supply of Honorary Signs "In the Service of the Fatherland" for Officers

This procurement procedure aims to acquire honorary signs, with minimum technical specifications and estimated quantities outlined in Annex 1 of the specifications document. Economic operators are invited to submit offers for the total quantity (maximum quantity of the framework agreement) specified in Annex 1. Any requests for clarifications must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The deadline for requesting clarifications is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160 (2) of Law no. 98/2016 and its subsequent amendments. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the offer submission deadline. This timeline is set to ensure that economic operators have adequate time to review the documentation and prepare their offers based on the responses provided by the contracting authority.
