Energy Efficiency Improvement for Public Buildings in Ialomița County

This contract involves the design and engineering services, technical verification, and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of construction works aimed at improving energy efficiency in public buildings located in Ialomița County. The project includes several lots: Lot 1 focuses on the energy efficiency improvement of the 'Alexandru Ioan Cuza' Technological High School, Lot 2 on the 'Mihai Viteazul' National College, Lot 3 on the 'Sf. Andrei' Gymnasium, Lot 4 on the 'Școala Gimnazială nr. 3', Lot 5 on the 'PITICOT' Extended Program Kindergarten, and Lot 6 on the 'JUNIOR' Extended Program Kindergarten, all situated in Slobozia. Please note that the awarding of this contract is subject to the availability of budgetary credits and the signing of a financing contract. If the necessary funds are not allocated, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure. Suppliers should be aware that the contracting authority will not be liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procedure. The maximum duration for the suspensive clause is six months from the approval of the procedure report. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications within 11 days before the deadline.
