Procurement of New Water Meters DN15-20 in Hungary

The contracting authority is initiating a procurement process for the acquisition of new water meters with the identification number 2024/S 135-418576 (EKR001030552024). This procurement is part of a framework established under Section 107 (7) of the Public Procurement Act. The buyer, as a public service provider, is conducting this procurement for "DN15-20 new connection water meters." Detailed specifications can be found in the procurement documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering new connection water meters as specified in the technical description, draft contract, and procurement documents, with the following estimated quantities: "Nominal Diameter" Description / Length [mm] (Estimated) Quantity pieces DN15 New connection water meter threaded/L170 7000 DN20 New connection water meter threaded/L190 3400 The contracting authority commits to a call-off obligation for 70% of the estimated quantity. The expected technical parameters of the water meters are included in the technical description. The meters may undergo inspection upon arrival, which will be conducted by the contracting authority in its own or an external water meter calibration laboratory. The inspection process and handling of defective meters are detailed in the technical description. At the time of delivery, all components of the water meters must be new and unused. As part of the bid, a TECHNICAL OFFER must be submitted, which includes the brand and type of the proposed products, as defined in the Kbt. Section 3, point 37. If the manufacturer and/or type is not specified for any product, it will be considered a non-remediable error, leading to the invalidity of the bid. The TECHNICAL OFFER must provide specific data for each proposed product, including the manufacturer and designation, as well as the type, which allows for product identification.
