Procurement of Pipe Fittings and Network Materials

This contract involves establishing framework agreements for the supply of network maintenance products for regional water utility companies in Hungary. These products will be used for the maintenance, investment, and other works related to drinking water and wastewater networks. Suppliers will deliver products either based on consignment stock orders or specific individual orders. After the contract takes effect, suppliers must deliver a minimum stock to the consignment warehouse within 30 days, or 90 days if requested in writing by the contracting authority. The framework agreements allow for a total budget with an additional 30% option for flexibility. The quantities listed in the price table are indicative and based on the contracting authority's experience, and there is no obligation to order the specified quantities. Individual orders will be placed at the unit prices offered by the winning supplier, and contracting authorities will issue orders on a weekly basis.
