This procurement contract involves the delivery of various medical devices and supplies needed for cardiac and vascular surgery at the Lozenets University Hospital. The items to be supplied are divided into 15 categories, with 11 categories included in this procurement. The categories include: 1. Introducers and catheters 2. Supplies for vascular access 3. Fogarty catheters 4. Vacuum therapy supplies 5. Intra-aortic balloon catheters 6. Drains, drainage systems, dilatation guides, and external aspiration systems 7. Supplies for cardiopulmonary bypass 8. Cannulas 9. Sets for vacuum stabilization systems for beating hearts, aortic punches 10. Guides and catheters 11. Desile for vascular access. Each category contains specific items with detailed parameters described in the Technical Specification. Bidders must submit offers for all items in the categories they choose to bid on. There are no limits on the number of categories that can be awarded to a single contractor. The contracting authority reserves the right to award categories based on their individual estimated value, provided that the value does not exceed 156,464.00 BGN for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the awarded categories does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract. Categories 12, 13, 14, and 15 have an estimated value of up to 49,999.90 BGN excluding VAT and will be awarded through direct assignment.
