Germany – Installation and Laying of Wastewater Pipes – Renovation and Expansion of Carl-Orff-Gymnasium - Sanitary Works

This project involves the installation of a drinking water network in a new school building, which includes classrooms and a single-field sports hall. The hot water supply will be provided by two fresh water stations located in the basement of the building. Showers are planned only in the basement, while the upper two floors will only have restrooms, so no hot water network will be installed on those floors. Instantaneous water heaters (one per floor) are planned for the staff rooms on the ground and upper floors for the tea kitchens. The wastewater network will be constructed similarly to the drinking water network. Rainwater drainage will occur outside the building and is not part of the services to be provided. Condensate drains must be connected to the appropriate wastewater pipes. Additionally, in a neighboring existing building, sinks and shorter sections of sanitary pipes will be replaced in four rooms and the adjacent hallway. Insulation and fire protection measures are assigned to a separate procurement unit and do not need to be carried out by the sanitary contractor.
