Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installation for Carl-Orff-Gymnasium

This project involves the installation of heating and cooling systems in a new school building that includes classrooms and a single-field sports hall. The work includes installing underfloor heating in almost all heated rooms, except for the stairwell, where radiators will be used. Additionally, heating circuits for two ventilation systems in the basement of the building need to be installed. The project also requires connecting hot water preparation through two fresh water stations and a buffer storage tank, as well as connecting the distributor to the district heating transfer station in the building. On the cooling side, a chiller located on the roof must be connected, and the cooling supply for one of the two ventilation units and two recirculating coolers for IT equipment must be established. In addition to the new building, some radiators, including valves and smaller piping sections, need to be replaced in a neighboring existing building. A separate contractor is available for fire protection and insulation work. The project includes specific quantities of heating and cooling components, such as pipes, fittings, radiators, pumps, and heat exchangers, as detailed in the original contract.
