Supply of Vitamin Packages for 2025 and 2026

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement with a single supplier for the delivery and distribution of vitamin packages. These packages will be provided to the insured individuals of the contracting authority as part of preventive health programs. Each vitamin package will contain dietary supplements (referred to as 'vitamin products'). The contract will be executed over the years 2025 and 2026, with a different vitamin package created for each year. The total expected number of vitamin packages over the contract period is up to 32,000 units. Each vitamin product must include at least the basic required elements specified by the contracting authority, with a minimum composition of vitamins, minerals, or other ingredients as detailed in two tables below. The vitamin products may also include additional vitamins, minerals, or ingredients beyond the minimum requirements, as well as a higher quantity than specified. Each vitamin product will be individually packaged. The scope of this public procurement includes: a) delivery of vitamin products, b) supply of packaging - paper boxes, c) placement of the contracting authority's logo on the packaging, including required printing specifications - adherence to logo, color, graphic element resolution, and font requirements as specified by the contracting authority, d) assembly of the vitamin package (i.e., placing vitamin products into the packaging - paper boxes), e) delivery of packages to designated locations.
