Supplies of Promotional Products for 2025 and 2026

This public procurement contract involves the supply of promotional and advertising items as specified in Appendix 5 of the tender documentation. The supplier will be responsible for printing the buyer's logo on these items, and for selected items, additional designs, patterns, or slogans approved by the buyer. The contract also includes packaging the items and delivering them to the specified location, including moving them into the buyer's storage and offices without the involvement of the buyer's employees, regardless of the number of floors or doors. Each box or container must not exceed 10 kg in weight. The items are intended primarily for promoting the buyer and enhancing its visibility. The buyer emphasizes that the quality and craftsmanship of the promotional items must reflect its status as a recognized institution. Therefore, the items should be made from high-quality, user-friendly materials and exhibit high-quality workmanship.
