Environmental Services: Chemical Analysis of Freshwater Aquatic Environments

This contract involves conducting chemical analyses of water and sediment in the freshwater aquatic environments of the Martinique hydraulic basin. It is a framework agreement with a single supplier, executed as orders are issued according to the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. There is no minimum amount for this contract, but there is an annual maximum amount of 500,000 euros excluding tax, which represents the upper limit of obligations that may be incurred by the supplier through orders over one year.
