    Brief

    The contract involves supplying potatoes and other vegetables to the Galați Penitentiary to ensure optimal feeding conditions for incarcerated individuals, in accordance with legal feeding standards. The contract will be established as a framework agreement lasting 12 months, starting from August 1, 2025. The following lots are included: - Lot 1: Potatoes with minimum and maximum quantities of 73,000 kg and 110,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 5,000 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 30,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 2: Onions with minimum and maximum quantities of 8,000 kg and 10,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 500 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 5,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 3: Cabbage with minimum and maximum quantities of 20,000 kg and 36,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 2,000 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 15,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 4: Carrots with minimum and maximum quantities of 8,000 kg and 20,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 1,000 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 10,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 5: Celery with minimum and maximum quantities of 500 kg and 1,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 250 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 1,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 6: Parsnip with minimum and maximum quantities of 500 kg and 1,000 kg respectively, with a minimum of 250 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 1,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 7: Tomatoes with minimum and maximum quantities of 1,200 kg and 6,500 kg respectively, with a minimum of 200 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 2,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 8: Zucchini with minimum and maximum quantities of 1,200 kg and 6,500 kg respectively, with a minimum of 200 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 2,000 kg for the largest. - Lot 9: Bell Peppers with minimum and maximum quantities of 1,200 kg and 6,500 kg respectively, with a minimum of 200 kg for the smallest subsequent contract and a maximum of 2,000 kg for the largest. Subsequent contracts will be concluded by the Galați Penitentiary based on the framework agreement and its needs, subject to available budgetary funds. Payments will be made from approved budget credits. Any requests for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Offers must be submitted electronically via SEAP no later than the date and time specified in the corresponding participation announcement - Section IV.2.2. The deadline for receiving offers or participation requests is 16 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
