Romania – Police Uniforms – Cap and Hat – Service Uniform

The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of products for each lot, for a period of 24 months, with a single economic operator, without reopening the competition. The procurement consists of: Lot 1: - Cap: minimum 500 and maximum 30,000 units, according to the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; Lot 2: - Hat: minimum 500 and maximum 15,000 units, according to the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference. The estimated quantity subject to the subsequent contract will be: Lot 1: - Cap: minimum 50 and maximum 7,500 units; Lot 2: - Hat: minimum 50 and maximum 3,500 units. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be: • 900,000.00 lei excluding VAT for Lot 1; • 1,050,000.00 lei excluding VAT for Lot 2. The delivery term for the products for both lots is 4 months from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party, except for subsequent contracts concluded for equipping graduates of military schools (for a maximum quantity of 500 units of each item) which will have a delivery term of 2 months. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests have been submitted within the specified time frame in SECTION I, namely 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as follows: – Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 19; – Deadline for the authority's response to requests for clarification/additional information – the 11th day. To ensure equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/answers formulated in the case of conducting procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public upon the authority's response!
