Supply of Road Bitumen in Romania

This contract involves the supply of 50/70 road bitumen necessary for the production of asphalt mixtures, in accordance with SR EN 12591: 2009 standards. It is a framework agreement with a maximum of three economic operators, lasting 48 months. The highest value of a subsequent contract is 4,800,000 lei excluding VAT. Deliveries will be made to Cuza Voda, Str. Medgidiei nr.1, Constanta County, based on firm orders issued by the beneficiary. According to the specifications, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours from the receipt of orders, while the minimum accepted delivery time is 12 hours. Transportation will be carried out using specialized means by the supplier at their own expense. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information within 11 days of the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers or applications.
