Road Safety Barriers Procurement and Transport

The Romanian National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (C.N.A.I.R. S.A.) is seeking suppliers for the procurement and transport of deformable road safety barriers (metal elements) necessary for national roads and highways. This contract includes multiple lots: Lot 1: H1 and H2 protection level barriers, working width W2; Lot 2: H1 and H2 protection level barriers, working width W3; Lot 3: H1 and H2 protection level barriers, working width W4; Lot 4: H3 protection level barriers, working width W4; Lot 5: H4b protection level barriers, working width W2; Lot 6: H4b protection level barriers, working width W3; Lot 7: H4b protection level barriers, working width W4; Lot 8: Special metal safety elements; Lot 9: H2 and H3 protection level barriers for embankment areas with narrow shoulders. Detailed product descriptions are available in the specifications document. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the duration of the framework agreement and for each subsequent contract are outlined in the annex to the specifications for each lot. Suppliers interested in requesting clarifications or additional information must do so no later than 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160 (1) of Law No. 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the offer submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161 (1) of Law No. 98/2016. The contracting authority will address clarification requests from economic operators by the deadline specified in the participation announcement.
