Cleaning Supplies Delivery for Military Unit No. 6021

This contract involves the delivery of cleaning supplies and household goods for Military Unit No. 6021. The procurement process is conducted through an open tender in accordance with Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. Detailed descriptions of the contract items are provided in attachments 1, 1.1, 1.2, 4.1, 4.2, and 10.1 and 10.2 of the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The buyer will award the contract in parts, each subject to a separate procurement process. Partial bids are allowed, and each will be evaluated separately according to the rules outlined in the SWZ. Bidders can submit offers for any selected part(s), but must include all required items within that part. Technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents and information are described in the System's Terms of Use, available during the registration of the bidder's account. Offers and statements (JEDZ) submitted electronically must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. Bidders can apply their qualified electronic signature directly on the document during the submission process. Compliance with the original document must be certified by the bidder or joint bidders concerning the documents relevant to each. The original document is defined as one signed with a qualified electronic signature by authorized individuals. Certification of compliance with the original must be done electronically, signed with a qualified electronic signature by authorized individuals.
