Supply of Chocolate and Confectionery Products

This contract involves the supply of chocolates, chocolate products, desserts, snacks, vegetable oils and fats, sauces, soups, processed spices, and instant meals for Military Unit No. 6021. The procurement process is conducted through an open tender in accordance with Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The buyer allows for partial bids, with each part being evaluated separately according to the rules described in the SWZ. Each contractor can submit a bid for any selected part(s) of the contract, but must provide offers for all required items within that part. Technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents are described in the System's Terms of Use, available during account registration for contractors. Bids and declarations must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. Contractors can submit their bids directly on the platform, and compliance with original documents is certified by the contractors involved. An original document is defined as one signed with a qualified electronic signature by authorized individuals.
