Brief
This contract involves the supply and modernization of the exhibition "On the Wave" along with the renovation and expansion of the "River" exhibition. Key details include: 1) The exhibition is aimed at individuals, families, organized groups, preschool children, school-aged children, and adults. Youth under 13 must be accompanied by adults. 2) All exhibits must be accessible to individuals with special needs. 3) The contractor will create new exhibits for "On the Wave" and modernize specified exhibits from the "River" exhibition. 4) A technical review of the riverbed will be conducted, including all installations, and necessary maintenance work will be performed. 5) The contractor must build several tall exhibits considering the exhibition area (487 m2) and height (approximately 6 meters). 6) Four interactive exhibits will be constructed in the riverbed. 7) The contractor will arrange the mezzanine space, connecting it with exhibits below. 8) All exhibits must be interactive and meet the requirements outlined in the detailed description of the contract. 9) A special area for young visitors will be created. 10) Due to the water-related nature of the exhibits, the contractor will secure the floor around the riverbed with a specialized non-slip surface. 11) A new graphic identification system for the exhibition will be prepared, along with new display messages for all exhibits. An information panel describing the exhibition will be placed near the entrance. 12) The names of the exhibition stations are provisional and may change based on contractor suggestions. 13) The current exhibition includes interactive hands-on stations, multimedia stations, and mixed-type stations. New stations will primarily be hands-on, encouraging user engagement and creative thinking. 14) The modernization will include stations, display messages, and an information panel about the exhibition. 15) All stations must include display messages and interesting facts. 16) The elements of the exhibition must be designed and created specifically for the buyer, ensuring uniqueness. 17) The exhibition elements must meet educational requirements specified by the buyer. 18) Materials used must be durable and suitable for frequent use by visitors. 19) Materials must have safety certifications and meet European standards, being resistant to wear and easy to maintain. 20) The contractor must provide consumables for each exhibition element for the first six months of operation. 21) The project will be executed in three stages: a) Stage I – Design preparation. b) Stage II – Execution, delivery, and installation of exhibition elements. c) Stage III – Delivery of spare parts, documentation, and staff training.
