    Brief

    This contract opportunity is for the provision of ventilation services for Frederiksberg Municipality. A 5-year contract is being offered, starting on December 1, 2025, with an option for the municipality to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. The ventilation service tasks include: • Preventive maintenance • Corrective maintenance (minor repair work), including emergency tasks • Mandatory inspections of fire safety systems in accordance with DS 428:2011 section 6 Operations and Maintenance. Detailed requirements for the supplier's execution of the tasks are outlined in Annex 1 - specifications. The municipality expects the annual expenditure on this contract to be approximately 3-4 million DKK, excluding VAT. However, the annual fee during the contract period will be determined based on the prices offered by the supplier and the municipality's actual consumption of the supplier's services.
