Framework Agreement for the Development of the Correctional Service's Time Management System

The Danish Prison and Probation Service has entered into a framework agreement with Prolog Development Center A/S for the further development of the Correctional Service's time management system. This agreement follows a previous unlimited contract for the delivery, configuration, development, deployment, maintenance, support, and further development of the time management system, which was awarded through a public EU tender. To ensure adequate future development of the time management system, the Danish Prison and Probation Service has established this framework agreement. The agreement includes tasks related to configuration, customization, and further development, as well as consultancy support for preparatory work prior to configuration, customization, and further development. This includes analysis tasks, specification work, and services related to the implementation of the desired configuration, customization, or further development tasks.
