    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of fuel vouchers for individuals with disabilities, who are also beneficiaries of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Constanta. Suppliers are invited to submit their offers and can request clarifications through the SEAP platform (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Clarification requests can be made up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the offer submission deadline. The deadlines for clarification requests and responses have been calculated to ensure that economic operators benefit from the 10 days stipulated in Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 and Article 173 of Law No. 99/2016.
