Building Modernization Project at the Children's Health Center

This contract involves the modernization of the 'RE' building at the 'Pomnik - Children's Health Center' Institute, specifically focusing on the ground floor and first floor. The project will be executed under a 'design and build' approach, funded by the Medical Fund. Suppliers are required to review the detailed Functional-Utility Program provided in a separate document. A site visit is mandatory for bidders, as specified in Article 131(2) of the Public Procurement Law, due to the specific nature of the project. Offers submitted without attending the site visit will be rejected according to Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law. The site visits are scheduled for March 28, April 4, and April 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, starting from building K, room 115. During the site visit, no explanations or answers to questions will be provided; all inquiries must be directed to the buyer as per Article 135 of the Public Procurement Law. Partial offers are not allowed as the project is a comprehensive undertaking where all components are interlinked and cannot be executed independently.
