Technical and professional support available for the entire contract period, including a total of 4 days of project management support. 3. Provision of e-Learning training opportunities. 4. Availability of technical and professional support. 7. Provision of e-Learning license keys (200 units). 8. Development support (600 hours or 2,400 credits). 9.
