    Brief

The buyer is a contracting authority seeking services for the identification and assessment of existing networks at the Étienne paper mill site in Arles, France. This project aims to develop a new activity and outdoor area on the right bank of the Rhône River, which includes several industrial wastelands. Bidders are expected to be familiar with the location and nature of the required services, as well as local conditions, including communication and transport availability, water and electricity supply, and any physical conditions that may affect the work. It is crucial for bidders to consider the presence of asbestos and comply with current regulations regarding asbestos management (SS4 or SS3 provisions, water drilling, individual and collective protection, etc.). Unit prices should reflect the asbestos provisions. Existing networks have been mapped and are detailed in the attached documents following the Work Declarations dated June 28, 2024. Additional investigations on existing networks are required as part of the preliminary design phase of this project.
