    Brief

    This contract opportunity involves the second phase of the restoration work for the Haute Crau irrigation canal, managed by the ACCM Community of Agglomeration, which has taken over from the Haute Crau ASA. The project includes the rehabilitation of the Mas d'Artaud aqueduct, which involves: - Demolition of an existing aerial aqueduct over 650 meters (asbestos present); - Installation of a buried pipeline (1000 mm diameter upstream for 125 meters, 900 mm diameter downstream for 525 meters); - Diversion of networks and preparatory works (ecological mitigation, brush clearing, leveling); - Regulation works on the canal and water intakes, including the installation of level and flow sensors, and data transmission to the Kheyron platform. The services under this public contract are funded through the main budget of the EPCI using own funds and grants (State, Department, Region). Payment will be made by administrative mandate within 30 days. Late payments will incur interest. A retention guarantee of 5% of the contract value may be replaced at the contractor's discretion with a first-demand guarantee. Personal and joint sureties will not be accepted. A first-demand guarantee is required in exchange for the advance payment.
