The contract involves comprehensive waste management services for municipal waste collected from residential property owners in the Myszków municipality. The waste includes materials from single-family and multi-family homes, as well as waste collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point located at Prusa 70 in Myszków. The contract is divided into four parts, each focusing on different types of waste: 1) Part 1 covers the management of unsorted (mixed) waste, bulky items, clothing and textiles, hazardous waste, expired medications, and batteries; 2) Part 2 addresses the collection or processing of tires; 3) Part 3 involves the collection or processing of used electrical and electronic equipment; 4) Part 4 pertains to the collection or processing of construction and demolition waste. Suppliers can submit partial offers for selected parts of the contract, and the contract does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. The contractor may subcontract parts of the work and must provide details about any subcontractors in their offer.
