Solar Energy Installation for Public Buildings in Myszków

The contract involves the purchase and installation of photovoltaic systems and energy storage units at public buildings in the municipality of Myszków. The project includes the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the following: - 8 photovoltaic installations, - 18 energy storage units, - 7 buildings involved in the project. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 1 of the SWZ – Functional and Utility Program. This is a supply contract. The contracting authority does not specify accessibility requirements for people with disabilities, as the nature of this contract does not necessitate such requirements. Equivalent solutions to those described in the technical specifications are allowed. If certification is required, certificates from equivalent assessing units are also accepted. The contractor may subcontract parts of the order but remains responsible for the proper execution of the contract. The contract is planned to be executed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Investment B2.2.2, focusing on renewable energy installations by energy communities. Note: The contracting authority may cancel the procurement process if public funds intended for the contract are not granted.
