Brief
This is an open tender for the supply of computer equipment for secondary schools managed by Nowy Sącz County as part of the project "Improving the infrastructure of secondary schools in Nowy Sącz County providing vocational education through the purchase of equipment and facilities, reconstruction, and adaptation of school buildings to meet the needs of people with disabilities." The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Małopolska Program for 2021-2027, Priority 5. European funds supporting social infrastructure, Action 05.03 Vocational education infrastructure, project type A. support for the infrastructure of secondary schools providing vocational education. The detailed description of the order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supplied equipment must be new, fully functional, and meet the technical and quantitative requirements specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority requires the delivery of equipment free from defects, signs of use, and mechanical damage. The delivered equipment must be complete and ready for use according to its intended purpose without any additional purchases. The supplied equipment must include a user manual and technical documentation in Polish. The equipment must be covered by a minimum 24-month quality guarantee. The quality guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers specified in point XIV subpoints 4a), 4b), 4c), 4d), and 4e) of the SWZ. The order is intended for use by individuals, so in accordance with Article 100(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority has included accessibility requirements for people with disabilities in the description of the order. The procurement is divided into five parts: • Part I: Supply of computer equipment to the Józef Tischner School Complex in Stary Sącz. The ordered equipment includes: 1 notebook, 89 All-in-One computers, 1 desktop computer with monitor, 6 multimedia monitors, 25 SSDs, 1 switch, 16 programmable switches, 16 programmable routers, 16 routers with access point option, 6 wireless network creation sets, and 1 multifunction device (printer, copier, scanner). Delivery address: Józef Tischner School Complex, ul. Daszyńskiego 15, 33-340 Stary Sącz. Delivery deadline: within 30 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion. • Part II: Supply of computer equipment to the Stanisław Staszic Vocational School Complex in Grybów. The ordered equipment includes: 21 notebooks, 2 external hard drives, 1 plotter, and 1 3D printer. Delivery address: Stanisław Staszic Vocational School Complex, ul. Armii Krajowej 19, 33-330 Grybów. Delivery deadline: within 60 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion. • Part III: Supply of computer equipment to the John Paul II Secondary School Complex in Krynica-Zdrój. The ordered equipment includes: 21 notebooks, 2 3D printers, and 1 desktop computer with monitor. Delivery address: John Paul II Secondary School Complex, ul. Nadbrzeżna 3, 33-380 Krynica-Zdrój. Delivery deadline: within 60 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion. • Part IV: Supply of computer equipment to the St. Kinga School Complex in Łącko. The ordered equipment includes: 50 notebooks and 3 multimedia monitors. Delivery address: St. Kinga School Complex, Łącko 26, 33-390 Łącko. Delivery deadline: within 60 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion. • Part V: Supply of computer equipment to the Wincenty Witos Secondary School Complex in Nawojowa. The ordered equipment includes: 15 All-in-One computers. Delivery address: Wincenty Witos Secondary School Complex, ul. Podkamienne 8, 33-335 Nawojowa. Delivery deadline: within 60 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion.
