Green Space Maintenance and Development Services in Oradea

The Municipality of Oradea is seeking suppliers for the maintenance and development of green spaces, divided into three lots: Lot 1 – Maintenance and development of Onisifor Ghibu Park, Lot 2 – Maintenance and development of the park in the Ghioceilor Market area, Lot 3 – Maintenance of Magnolia Square. The contract will be established for a period of three years (2024-2027). The main goal is to efficiently use public funds and resources to create urban public spaces that enhance the quality of life and provide socio-economic benefits to the local community. Specific objectives include: protecting and conserving green spaces and their biodiversity; improving the composition and quality of green spaces; identifying deficient areas and providing specific services for vegetation regeneration; and ensuring a cost-benefit balance that considers medium and long-term benefits for public health, proper urban vegetation development, and social and urban impact. Suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely 11 days before the offer submission deadline. Clarification requests should be submitted in an editable format.
