Green Space Maintenance and Development Services in Oradea

The Municipality of Oradea is seeking suppliers for the maintenance and development of green spaces and public areas. This contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 involves maintenance services for the Green Corridor on Ion Bogdan Street, with a framework agreement lasting three years (2025-2028); Lot 2 covers maintenance and development services for the green spaces in Petofi Park, also under a three-year framework agreement (2024-2027); and Lot 3 pertains to maintenance services for Rector Park, with a similar three-year agreement (2024-2027). The overall goal is to efficiently use public funds and resources to create urban public spaces that enhance the quality of life and provide socio-economic benefits to the local community. Specific objectives include protecting and conserving green spaces and biodiversity, improving the quality of green areas, identifying deficient zones for targeted regeneration services, ensuring a cost-benefit balance that considers medium and long-term health benefits, and protecting the environment in line with EU regulations. Interested suppliers may request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentation up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests clearly and completely 11 days before the deadline.
