Advertising and Marketing Services for the University of Alicante

The purpose of this framework agreement is to select qualified communication operators, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, for the purchase of advertising space and marketing actions. This includes various communication channels such as print, radio, internet, social media, television, and outdoor advertising to promote the University of Alicante brand. The agreement excludes creative services and the production of original materials for campaigns. Qualified bidders will be those who participate in the tender and are approved as contractors under this framework agreement. This agreement will apply to institutional advertising campaigns included in the annual advertising plans approved during its duration, as well as exceptional campaigns that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances. It will also cover specific advertising actions requested by any unit or department of the University of Alicante. The agreement will outline the conditions for providing the services, but there is no fixed number of services to be contracted, and the University is not obligated to hire a specific amount or value of services. The University will only contract the services that are actually needed during the agreement's duration, without any obligation to exhaust the estimated contract value, and the contractor will not be entitled to any compensation for unutilized services.
