    Brief

    The University of Bucharest is seeking suppliers for a framework agreement lasting 36 months for the construction of a student dormitory building (C29) at the Grozăvești Complex, located at Splaiul Independenței, No. 204, Sector 6, Bucharest. This procurement is part of financing contract no. 14238 dated December 14, 2024, funded by PNRR, Call II – 'Construction of university infrastructure for future student campuses', Pillar VI – Policies for the new generation, Component C15: Education, Investment 17 – 'Ensuring university infrastructure – new constructions (dormitories, canteens, recreational spaces)'. The construction of the student dormitory (C29) will involve the following stages: Stage 1: Design Services - Subsequent Contract for Design Services, including the Project for Building Authorization (PAC) and Technical Execution Project (PTE). This includes preparing the project for construction authorization and obtaining necessary permits. Stage 2: Execution of works according to the approved project, which may be divided into one or more subsequent contracts based on budget availability. Stage 3: Technical Assistance Services for the designer during the execution of works, including the preparation of AS-BUILT documentation and completion of the construction technical book. Clarifications can be requested up to 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
