Installation and Assembly of Outdoor Lighting for a Multifunctional Sports Arena

This public procurement contract involves the following activities: • Designing a technical solution and preparing implementation documentation based on the construction documentation of the multifunctional arena in Hradec Králové, titled “Multifunctional Football Stadium Hradec Králové, Documentation of Actual State,” prepared by ARCHaPLAN s.r.o. at the level of documentation for building permits and for the assignment and execution of construction, including obtaining statements from ARCHaPLAN s.r.o. – the author of the project documentation for the construction of the multifunctional arena in Hradec Králové and HZS KHK (regarding the placement above emergency exits); • Securing public law decisions (decisions on the approval of the project), if required by the building law; otherwise, the contractor will provide and deliver preliminary information to the client according to § 174 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act; • Supply, installation, connection, and commissioning of architectural/facade lighting, including but not limited to the following activities: o Supply and installation of lighting fixtures; o Commissioning of lighting fixtures; o Pre-setting scenes as requested by the client; o Training of lighting operation staff; o Training for lighting maintenance; o Securing occupancy approval, if required by the building law. The detailed subject of these activities is described in Appendix No. 4 of this Procurement Documentation – Technical Specification, prepared by the client; • Complete cabling solution for lighting and complete high-voltage solution, including modifications in existing distribution boards; the detailed subject of these activities is described in Appendix No. 4 of this Procurement Documentation – Technical Specification, prepared by the client; • Maintenance and warranty service of the lighting during the warranty period includes, but is not limited to: o Providing recommended service for the relevant product supplied under this public procurement contract if prescribed by the manufacturer or supplier; o Warranty service of the work will include necessary service and operational measures needed for the proper use of the subject of the public procurement contract.
