    Brief

    The SARG'COOP II project is a continuation of the first SARG'COOP program (2019-2023), initiated by the Guadeloupe Region to address the massive influx of sargassum seaweed in the Caribbean. This project aims to deepen scientific knowledge, improve prevention and management of sargassum events, and strengthen regional cooperation among affected territories. A contract has been launched for a technical, administrative, and financial support mission lasting 48 months. This mission will assist in the implementation of the project by ensuring proper management of planned activities, monitoring financial and administrative commitments, and evaluating results. The goal is to ensure optimal execution of the program in accordance with the requirements of the INTERREG Caribbean program, which funds the project.
