    Brief

Cambridge Genomics Lab seeks to procure, install, and commission a Digital PCR (dPCR) or Digital Droplet PCR (ddPCR) system to enhance molecular diagnostic capabilities for patients with blood cancers, solid tumors, and rare diseases. The laboratory currently uses next-generation sequencing, quantitative PCR, and fragment analysis to identify and monitor genetic changes in cancer patients. The new dPCR system must deliver high-sensitivity, quantitative molecular testing to support diagnosis and disease monitoring, as well as assess treatment response. The supplier must provide the complete system supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and post-warranty maintenance. The dPCR technology will consolidate multiple existing assays onto a single platform, improving efficiency and workflow. Qualified suppliers should have experience with dPCR/ddPCR systems and demonstrate capability to support clinical laboratory operations.
